Everything you need to know about deleting your BuddyAura account

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your BuddyAura account and all associated personal data, follow these simple steps:

Go to "Account Settings" → "Delete Account"

Confirm deletion

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

Name (First and Last)
Phone number
Email address
Order history

Legal Data Retention

Some data required by law (e.g., transaction receipts) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Processing Time

All deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Account Access

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to log in again. If you wish to use BuddyAura services in the future, you will need to contact support to create a new account.
