Terms and Conditions

• Buyer: User selecting Buyer role on App or accessing Platforms for purchases; browses marketplace.
• Reseller: User selecting Reseller role on App; lists products, adds commissions (e.g., 10-30%), generates shareable links/subdomains (e.g., buddyaura.com/abc) displaying their curated products with added margins for customer access as branded storefronts.
• Platforms: Websites (buyer browsing/purchases), App (dual Buyer/Reseller modes with role-based interfaces), Reseller subdomains.
• Products: Goods listed by Suppliers/Resellers; Platform earns commission (category-based, e.g., 5% fashion, 6% electronics) on net sales plus Reseller's margin + GST.
• Transaction: Buyer purchase routed through Platforms/subdomains to Reseller fulfillment.

Users must be 18+ years, Indian residents, provide valid KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details). App signup requires role selection: Buyer (marketplace access) or Reseller (listing/sharing tools). Websites for Buyers only; no signup/role change. Dual-role users need separate accounts. Download App exclusively from Google Play. Accounts inactive >6 months auto-terminate. False info leads to suspension.

Platforms enable product discovery, payments, order management without owning Products, setting prices, or guaranteeing quality/delivery/timeliness. App adapts by role: Buyers shop marketplace; Resellers list Products, set/add commissions, generate links/subdomains for social sharing. Customers on subdomains see Reseller-branded view with their pricing; orders process via Platform escrow. Websites support Buyer purchases. ShypBUDDY logistics are exclusively used to handle all logistics operations across the entire BUDDYAURA platform (websites, app, and reseller subdomains). No storage/handling by Platform.

• Provide accurate shipping/billing info; complete payments promptly.
• Use Platforms/subdomains lawfully; no fake reviews, spam, bulk orders.
• Inspect deliveries; report defects to Reseller within 7 days, then support@buddyaura.com. No chargebacks without evidence.

• Resellers can list products exclusively by sharing items available on BUDDYAURA; only products already present on the platform may be shared and listed. Resellers must comply with all applicable laws. Subdomains will be automatically removed in case of violations.

Buyers and resellers can make payments using UPI, cards, wallets, or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) when placing orders on the platform or subdomains. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Refunds are provided in full to buyers in cases of non-delivery. The platform is not liable for chargebacks.

No counterfeits, illegal or restricted goods, spam, fake accounts, or intellectual property infringement. No manipulation of reviews or prices, and no external payments that bypass the Platform. The Platform uses automated and manual monitoring (including AI/ML systems), and violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, subdomain deletion, and withholding of payouts. If any user, reseller, or merchant is found engaging in fraud or any illegal activity, BUDDYAURA may report the matter to authorities and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Users grant the BUDDYAURA platforms a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display their content, including product listings and reseller subdomains. Resellers do not own or supply original products and may only share and list products that are already available on the BUDDYAURA platform. Platform is not responsible for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from user content. Users are prohibited from scraping, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the app, websites, or any part of the platform, and all BUDDYAURA and ShypBUDDY trademarks and brand assets remain fully protected.

Platforms not liable for Products, disputes, losses .No guarantees on delivery/suitability. Force majeure (strikes, disasters). Complies with Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Act 2000, GST laws. Users indemnify Platform.

Platform may suspend/terminate accounts/subdomains anytime for breaches without notice. Users terminate via App/settings; no refunds except escrow balances. Post-termination: no access, data purge after 30 days.

Governing Law: Indian laws, exclusive Mumbai jurisdiction. Grievance support@buddyaura.com (response <96 hours). Escalation: Arbitration (Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996, Mumbai seat). Consumer Commission access preserved.

Privacy Policy at buddyaura.com/privacy (GDPR/DPDP 2023 compliant). Consent for data sharing (KYC, logistics).

As BUDDYAURA is a very new platform, certain operational details, features, or policies may not yet be fully covered in these Terms. Users must contact BUDDYAURA support at support@buddyaura.com for any specific queries or clarifications to ensure accurate guidance.

Terms updated on Platforms; continued use = acceptance. Notify major changes via notification
